The most successful professional bodybuilder is not a Mr. Olympia - it's a Ms. Olympia. With nine consecutive and 10 overall wins, Iris Kyle is the one with the most titles ever. She first won her overall Ms. Olympia in 2004, the second in 2006, and didn't stop until 2014.

Establishing such a record is anything but easy, and Iris Kyle confirmed this on the night she won her 10th title. As the world was in awe of her invincibility, she said to Flex TV:

"Everyday that I wake up, I am speechless, I am in awe, just like if I was my own fan. The things that I take myself thrugh to get on that stage and win those ten titles, it changes every year, it's not a cakewalk; I love it though."

Being a recurring winner and defending one's title for so long is actually much different and difficult from entering the competition as a first-timer. Kyle continued:

"It's much difficult, because you don't have someone that you actually idealize, that you're trying to duplicate. I'm duplicating myself and also trying to show the judges something a little bit better each time. So it's very challenging."

The 20x-Pro Iris Kyle trains future Ms. Olympias

Iris trains and mentors the aspirants of professional bodybuilding championships at the Powerhouse Gym in Las Vegas, the most happening city in America. As of now, she is mentoring the qualifiers of 2024 Ms. Olympia.

She shared a video of herself training a woman at her gym on Instagram. In the caption, she referenced the coaches or trainers who are often on their phones while assisting their clients while they're using the machines. However, it's important to focus on your clients.

"It is important to remain focussed when your clients rely on your guidance," the post read.

That's not the most considerate thing she has said or done. Even at the highest point of her career, she was thankful for her fans, and spoke about how she felt about them:

"A fan is a privilege. And some of us athletes take it for granted, but they have the opportunity to select any athlete of any sport, and when they select me, when they reach out and ask me to solve their issues, its an honor. I'm privileged. I love my fans," - (Iris Kyle Talks About Her 10th Olympia Title And Announces Her Retirement; Flex TV on Youtube)
