'Zyzz' whose real name is Aziz Sergeyevich Shavershian, was a well-known bodybuilder who was renowned for his amazing physique and charming personality. His sudden death in 2011 shocked the fitness world which led to many rumors and controversies regarding the cause. Many were puzzled as to what may have caused such a tragic event at such a young age of 22 years old.

On the 5th of August 2011, Aziz, tragically passed away while having his vacation in Thailand and according to the reports his unexpected death was caused by a sudden heart attack.

His family also revealed that Aziz was not even aware of having a congenital heart condition, and he showed signs months before his passing and didn't take note which ultimately led to the unfortunate event. After an autopsy, it was discovered that he had a congenital heart defect, making his heart more susceptible to failure than that of an average healthy individual.

His incident paved the way to raise awareness in the fitness community about the importance of regular check-ups more importantly for those who engage in intense physical activities like bodybuilding.
