Derek Lunsford's insane back workout

A few days ago, the 31-year-old bodybuilder uploaded a video on his YouTube channel, sharing his back routine. He kicked off his workout with close-grip lat pull-downs. His first set started at 160 pounds, showcasing his beast-like strength. For the next set, he shifted to 200 pounds and did his last set with 240 pounds.

Then the current Mr. Olympia changed the grip to wide and began at 240 pounds. By this time, his lats were pumped, and he ended the lat pull-downs with a close-grip variation. He even did a little posing in between his sets to show his pumped lats. Then he did a few sets of lat pullovers to target his lats more and keep them pumped.
