'Breaking Olympia' was released on March 25, 2024, and it featured a star-studded cast, including Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson as the narrator, and other notable personalities include Heath's wife Shurie Cremona, renowned trainer Tim Grover, and bodybuilding rivals Ronnie Coleman, Jay Cutler and Kai Greene.

'Breaking Olympia' was not made solely for showcasing Heath's bodybuilding journey. It is also a testament to his resilience and determination in life beyond bodybuilding. The documentary explores his early life, college football aspirations, and the challenges he faced when his athletic dreams crashed.

"I had some real tough realities that I had to deal with," Heath said through an interview with TMZ Sports [7:00-7:03].

Despite having a difficult journey, he didn't give up. He found his passion in bodybuilding and became extremely successful in the field.

"Unfortunately, for me I wasn't the man, and I had to learn how to deal with that, how to leverage that pain and fortunately bodybuilding opened that big door and I went right through it." [7:26 onwards].
