Liver King is a social media influencer and businessman with over 1.7 million followers on Instagram and 3.8 million on TikTok. The social media influencer's real name is Brian Johnson, and his unique eating and ancestral living style earned him everyone's attention. Johnson became famous by sharing clips of him eating raw animal liver, cow's brains, and even a bull's testicles, while showing off his physique.

Liver King has two multi-million-dollar properties filled with animal bones, motivational posters, hunting trophies, and a rusted barbell dress in the garage. The social media influencer's closet is filled with athletic shorts; you might have seen Liver King wearing them.

Now you might wonder, but why only shorts? Because Johnson always posts his reels shirtless, flaunting his physique.

The social media influencer claims to have been living an ancestral life for a long time along with his wife and kids, and they go by the statement, "Who needs vegetables when you can have testicles."

This started as a promotion for their supplement brand, which they started in 2015, selling grass-fed beef liver capsules. (According to ABC News):

"I used to say that I ate Brian Johnson; I used to say that I killed Brian Johnson. That guy's gone," said Johnson in ABC News's article. He continued, "I would say Brian Johnson was the corporate guy that didn't live the ancestral life."

Liver King became an internet sensation overnight, and with greater attention and audience come great legitimacy questions.

A fitness enthusiast and YouTuber exposed Liver King in 2022

In December 2022, everything changed for the rising fitness sensation. Derek from MPMD, a fitness enthusiast known for his accurate natty or non-natty claims, accused Johnson of consuming anabolic steroids worth roughly $11,000 per month. He made a YouTube video in response to the whole scandal and even shared an alleged leaked email of Liver King's blood tests.

"I’ve been working out for 35 years. I know how to eat, train, rest and recovery (I even have a hardshell hyperbaric chamber at my house) … but… as I’ve reached my mid-40’s, It’s getting harder and the back fat fuc**ng kills me. To support these exhaustive efforts, I’ve recently started taking Omnitrope… the 5.8 MG vials from Empower Pharmacy ($11K USD per month for my new dose which is 4 vials/ a week — 16 vials/month)," stated the rising fitness sensation in the email.
