Chris Bumstead, aka CBum, the five-time Mr. Olympia, hails from Canada. Bumstead was born in Ontario, Canada, on February 2, 1995, and is currently 29 years old.

He was raised in Ottawa, Ontario, in his childhood and completed his education there at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

The five-time Mr. Olympia was active in multiple sports throughout his college years. He actively participated in football, baseball, basketball, and hockey, showcasing his versatility.

Chris Bumstead started his weightlifting journey when he was in Grade 9 at the age of 14. By the time he was in Grade 12, he had gained an astonishing amount of weight and had gone from 170 to 225 pounds, primarily developing his legs. Bumstead then met his sister Melissa Valliere's boyfriend, Ian Valliere, who helped CBum prepare to compete and guided him in the right direction.

After getting all ready, Chris Bumstead made his competitive debut in 2014 at the age of 19. Two years later, Bumstead became a pro bodybuilder, winning his pro card at the 2016 IFBB North American Championships and securing first place in the heavyweight division. Since then, CBum has never looked back and has become the bodybuilder the youth can relate to.

In 2019, Chris Bumstead won his first Mr. Olympia title and defeated two-time Mr. Olympia Breon Ansley. Since 2019, he has been on a winning streak that includes five consecutive Olympia titles. CBum will be competing for his sixth title at this year's Mr. Olympia.

Bumstead has become a successful bodybuilder, and it all began when he signed a contract with Raw Nutrition in 2021. Since then, he has grown the brand at an exceptional rate.

CBum recently opened his own gym in his hometown. He is also blessed with a little girl with his fiancée, Courtney King, a former Bikini champion on the Mr. Olympia stage.

Chris Bumstead has etched his name in the history books with a golden pen and has become a role model for the youth.
