Dwayne Johnson, aka 'the Rock', is known for his exceptionally well-maintained physique, even at the age of 52. He has always been strict with his dietary habits but treats himself to a cheat meal on Sundays. The WWE athlete and Hollywood star is currently in Japan, enjoying his stay there with a variety of Japanese foods.

Johnson recently posted a video of himself unwrapping his cheat meal. The Rock trains like a beast and consumes around 8,000 calories daily to maintain such an impressive physique. To consume that amount of calories, Dwayne Johnson ordered around 45 pieces of sushi, including one of his favourite: rainbow rolls. He also ordered a steak and some broccoli.

"Riding’ the soosh train in JAPAN If you ever visit Japan, which I highly recommend you do - treat yourself to the greatest sushi on earth, but don’t ask for those “speciality rolls” like we have here in the U.S. They take their sushi serious and you gotta respect their culture. Unknowingly, I did ask for my favorite roll (Rainbow) which they were gracious enough to accommodate and take care of me. But I’m a quick study and only asked once Love U back Tokyo," Dwayne Johnson captioned the post.

Along with a pretty heavy meal, the Rock also had a small bottle of sake (a traditional Japanese alcoholic beverage) and one more bottle of tequila of his own brand. Dwayne Johnson concluded with his signature statement after every cheat meal and said:

"Don’t cheat yourself; treat yourself and enjoy your cheat meal weekend, my friends."

Dwayne Johnson's midnight cravings

The Rock shared a reel a month ago and made Sloppy Joe for his cheat meal, calling these cooking episodes Smell What The Rock Is Cooking. Continuing further, the WWE star athlete highlighted that he likes his sloppy joes with a little burnt texture and said:

"Don't judge me and my weirdness. I like things a little bit burnt; I like a little bit crisp to it."

Along with that, the WWE star also cooked some white rice to make it a proper meal. For dessert, he had banana bread and claimed it was the "best damn banana bread north of the border." Johnson encourages his followers to have cheat meals once a week, and by following his recipes, you can even turn your cheat meal into a nutritional diet.
