August 5 is just a normal date in our calendars, but for Chris Bumstead, the five-time Mr. Olympia, this date marks a day that changed his entire life.

Recently, CBum's wife, Courtney King, shared a throwback video on her Instagram story, shedding light on the significance of August 5 in the couple's lives. Courtney King recorded the footage and shared it with a heartwarming caption for the five-time Mr. Olympia.

In the video, Courtney King surprised the five-time Mr. Olympia Chris Bumstead by sharing her pregnancy test results. The results were positive, and witnessing the result, CBum couldn't believe himself. He got emotional and hugged his wife, Courtney, marking a wholesome family moment. Chris Bumstead's wife expressed her love for him in the caption and wrote:

"August 5th last year we found out we were having a baby!!! @cbum love you sm."

In the next story, Courtney shared a cute picture of Chris Bumstead with their daughter, Bradley Shay. The image showcased the five-time Mr. Olympia resting on a couch, and Bradley lying on his chest. The baby Bum was in a joyful mood and was smiling, while Courtney captured the wholesome moment on her phone.

Chris Bumstead's heartfelt message for his daughter and wife

After the birth of Bradley Shay, Bumstead felt he was on top of the world and shared a message for her. CBum shared a series of images on his Instagram account, shedding light on the couple's journey. He even used a quote to caption all of the moments, and praised his partner in the caption.

"There is only one thing that I dread: not to be worthy of my sufferings," wrote CBum.

He even complimented the pain his wife endured during natural birth and wrote:

"This was her first time with so many unknowns and she was so convicted on having a natural birth. The amount of fear she had about it all was a mirror for the amount of courage such a task would take."
For his daughter, the five-time Mr. Olympia added, "I hope that one day you can see the same strength I see in your mother, both in her and in yourself." He concluded, "I hope you can find your crosses to bear that give you the opportunity to become the woman you’re meant to be, find meaning in the journey and be worthy of your sufferings."

The five-time Mr. Olympia loves his family more than anything else in the world and never misses a chance to showcase his love in posts.
