Sam Sulek is infamous for his crazy bulking diets. Chugging down gallons of chocolate milk at once and a box full of doughnuts, he has received a fair share of criticism for this from bodybuilding veterans like Greg Doucette.

Despite all this, it seems Sam Sulek is still a great believer in the age-old saying in the world of bodybuilding 'Eat big to get big.' It was popularised by mass monsters like Jay Cutler and Dorian Yates, who consumed a staggering amount of calories during their off-seasons. Sam Sulek also preaches the same ideology.

In his most recent YouTube video, he trained heavy back. After the grueling workout session, on his way back home, he explained the importance of food in recovery and growth. Having achieved humongous size at the mere age of 22, Sam Sulek said:

"The primary suspect which everyone should be looking at is the calories...if you are in the wild, the biggest animal, the biggest dogs, they are the ones that eat the most. The biggest animal in the jungle is the one who eats the most food...There's no beating that, there's no beating the law of jungle." (29:30)
"If you are serious, and you wanna actually continue to make f**king gains, you gotta treat the food like training. I mean if you want better gains, everything that is related to your gains, you should treat like training." (30:59)

Continuing further, Sulek even admitted that this is something he is also struggling to sort out.

Sam Sulek confesses his addiction to digital media

Admitting his weakness, the young influencer confessed that he had some serious screen time. Scrolling down TikTok and other videos is how he spends his time. He said in his YouTube videa:

"I am prone to scrolling...I wouldn't even want to show you my screen time on my phone. But I should do the same thing with sleep man, turn it off, put it on the table (and go to sleep.) Its like I get hyped up to f**king fall asleep. But for real, so that's where I think maybe I'm being a little a**hole for not recording some of the meals." (31:15)

Being an influential figure in the realm of fitness and bodybuilding, Sam Sulek further revealed that he wants to record his meals for his viewers. However, he often tends to slack back a little due to his habit of excessive scrolling. This, he believes hampers his growth as an influencer.
