"That will bring me the victory" - Arnold Classic champ Wesley Vissers' full day of eating to dethrone Chris Bumstead

Arnold Classic 2024 champ Wesley Vissers shook the bodybuilding community with his outstanding performance this year. Winning two back-to-back trophies in just 14 days, and dethroning classic physique giant Ramon Dino, who is often compared to Chris Bumstead is an applaudable feat in itself.

Now aiming to dethrone 'The King' of Classic Physique Chris Bumstead, Vissers is making sure to give his best during his ongoing prep.

Mr. Olympia, which is now less than 14 weeks away, is the biggest stage in the sport of bodybuilding. Lifting the Sandow is not a child's play, and hence Vissers is completely locked in, to make his dreams into a reality.

In a recent YouTube video that was uploaded on his channel, Wesley Vissers revealed his full day of eating during his Mr. Olympia prep. Wesley Vissers started the video by stating:

"Not only the training is important, nutrition is even more important to get in true condition for Mr. Olympia."

For his first meal of the day, 'The Dutch Oak' consumes the meal that he calls the 'victory meal.' The ingredients for the meal are as follows:

  • 105 grams of rice flour
  • 10 grams of creatine
  • Cinnamon
  • 4 grams of Potassium salt
  • psyllium husk
  • powdered egg white
  • 10 grams of dark chocolate
  • 65 grams of whey protein
  • 400 grams of fruit

Pre-workout shake/ meal

  • 25 grams of Crank
  • 25 grams of Crank Pump Pro
  • Q10 Pro
  • Aminos EAAs

Wesley revealed that the EAAs help him prevent muscle loss as well as provide hydration benefits.

Meal number 2

For his post-workout meal, which Wesley Vissers considers the most important, he repeats meal number one with just a minor tweak. He adds 35 extra grams of rice floor to his 'victory meal' to ensure a smooth recovery.

  • Casein protein pudding
  • 40 grams whey protein powder
  • 4 grams Potassium salt
  • 10 grams psyllium husk
  • 30 grams powdered egg whites
  • 10 grams dark chocolate

Meal number 3

  • 225 grams shrimp
  • 100 grams of zucchini
  • 50 grams carrots
  • 100 grams eggplant
  • 50 grams mushroom
  • 150 grams cucumber
  • white fish
  • ENS low-calorie sauce

Jokingly, Wesley also expressed his love for seafood and fish. He stated:

"My last name is Vissers AKA fisherman. I’m half Nordic, it all makes sense. Fish- that's a part of my diet. And meals like this...That will bring me the victory."

Meal number 4

  • 200 grams Tilapia
  • 100 grams zucchini
  • 100 grams carrots
  • 100 grams eggplant
  • 150 grams cucumber
  • 30 grams ESN Sauce

Meal Number 5

Wesley Vissers consumes additional protein and fiber in his last meal of the day to keep him full throughout the night, and to ensure a sound sleep.

  • 50 grams zucchini
  • 50 grams carrots
  • 50 grams eggplant
  • potassium salt
  • 100 grams asparagus
  • 50 grams mushrooms
  • 200 grams salmon filet
  • 200 grams tilapia
  • Himalayan pink salt
  • herbs (dill and rosemary)
  • 1 pear
  • 2 apples

In total, Wesley Vissers consumes 3839 calories in the entire day which contains 386 grams of protein, 343 grams of carbohydrates, and 64 grams of fat.
