IFBB Pro Greg Doucette has been incredibly open about his steroid usage for a while now. Making a living out of his supplement line and as a social media creator, Doucette was one of the first ones in the bodybuilding community to make 'natty or not' videos on bodybuilders and influencers.

In the most recent video that he made on Gymshark athlete Hussein Farhat, Doucette openly stated that he believes Farhat is on performance-enhancing drugs. Claiming to be natural on social media, Farhat rose to fame as his insane transformation video went viral. However, having been in the industry for decades, Doucette believes the teenager is a fake natty.

Talking about the same in his recent video, Greg Doucette pointed out that it’s next to impossible to gain 60 lbs of muscle in just 19 months, even if you have elite-level genetics. Doucette stated that Hussein should provide his blood work to show if he is taking any steroids or SARMs.

“I would challenge him. Show us your bloodwork. You want to prove that you are natural? It’s not all that hard… if his bloodwork shows his testosterone levels are through the roof, or perhaps his testosterone is in the tank.” (13:05)
“If your testosterone levels are crashed, if they are tanked, you are probably on something and that’s why your test levels are in the toilet.”

Greg Doucette on why influencers should be transparent

In a YouTube short posted by Greg Doucette months ago, he talked about “the problem with fake nattys.”

While Doucette has covered the topic numerous times before, he pointed out how lying about your natty status can lead to audiences having unrealistic expectations. Using Liver King and Mike O’Hearn as examples, he said:

"It gives people a false sense of how good they actually can be. There are people in this world that actually believe that Mike O’Hearn is 100% natural. So yeah, I get it, people can be fooled. Remember the Liver King? There is no way that that’s natural."

Greg Doucette often lays emphasis on the fact that using steroids and other performance-enhancing drugs can shorten your life and lead to many detrimental consequences. Having been on steroids for a long time during his bodybuilding career, Greg Doucette warns his audience to stay away from using drugs in an attempt to get instant gratification.
