Fitness sensation Sam Sulek made news that he drinks gallons of chocolate milk, but he has dismissed those reports. Sulek became famous for his intense training and diet, which caught the attention of the IFBB Pro Coach Greg Doucette, who called him out many times for drinking gallons of chocolate milk.

However, in the daily vlog video of the fitness sensation, Sulek cleared up rumors that he drinks gallons of milk in his dieting regimen. On the way to the gym, Sulek said (4:14):

"If you're curious, and I sometimes I get this kind of question..I kind of..I kind off shot myself in the foot there. I do not drink a gallon of chocolate milk a day nor have I ever. ... right."

The fitness sensation explained that he often drinks up to a quarter of chocolate milk. He mentioned it as his average milk intake, as he's currently in his bulking phase for his upcoming show. The young fitness icon also shared that drinking chocolate milk is not good for long-term bulk.

For his upcoming show, the fitness sensation wants to gain a ton of weight, and for that, he's consuming a minimum of 4000 calories a day. He explained the reason behind drinking chocolate milk (4:49):

"I'm not particularly convinced that uh, just slamming a crazy amount of chocolate milk is going to let that happen. ... not that there aren't calories in there, but it's just uh, it just stresses out my system in a way where it's just not."

The IFBB Pro coach Greg Doucette has always kept a keen eye on the young fitness sensation's diet. He never skips a single chance to bash him for his dieting habits.

Doucette is concerned about Sulek drinking so much chocolate milk

In a previous video uploaded on Doucette's YouTube channel, he had reacted to Sulek's full day of eating.

Sulek was seen having two liters of chocolate milk for his breakfast, and it contained nearly 1800 calories. The coach found it concerning, as the young generation considers the fitness sensation as their icon.

The IFBB Pro made a bold comment on the fitness sensation's diet and particularly focused on Sulek's milk intake. He said (0:50):

"He recently released his shocking full day of eating — we're essentially just ate Cinnamon Toast Crunch, two liters of chocolate milk, two liters of milk! Burgers, fries, donuts, and nothing but junk."

The young fitness icon is back to his old habits of drinking chocolate milk for his bulking phase. But he also mentioned that it's not a good approach for long-term bulking.
