22-year-old fitness sensation Sam Sulek has been lifting for years now. However, it wasn't until 2023 that Sulek got the recognition he deserved.

After going insanely viral on TikTok and other social media platforms for his fitness-related content, Sam Sulek saw success as an influencer pretty quickly. Having trained with legends like Samson Dauda and others, he was also invited to this year's Arnold Classic.

However, despite all this, Sulek still tries to maintain his distance from the glamour of the fitness industry as much as possible. While there are multiple videos on the internet every day featuring various fitness influencers doing collaborations and training sessions together, Sulek has never been a part of this.

Stating the reason behind this, and answering the question that he receives the most from his fans, Sam Sulek revealed that he still wants to pursue a lot of personal goals before indulging in such collabs. In his most recent YouTube video, Sam Sulek stated:

"It will happen, eventually you know I'm on my grind right now dude. I um it may not seem like it I'm in for the long haul..I mean I-you don't think I..you don't think I don't want to lift with all these guys? I will...don't worry I will and you'll be first to know it because you're going to see a f*cking uh you know you'll see the-the notification it's like whatever the first one ends up being. Don't worry, don't worry I'll make my rounds." (38:16)

"I never really took rest days": Sam Sulek

Often bashed by many bodybuilding veterans for his training approach, Sulek recently revealed in a YouTube video that he rarely takes rest days. While this might come across as a poor choice, Sulek provided a detailed explanation behind this. Even though the human body grows the most during our rest period, Sulek believes that most lifters slack off and take unnecessary rest days.

"I mean I never really took rest days, ever, apart from when they were necessary I mean like if I if we were travelling or something or if I had uh if i had like a diving meet or something, I'd work till after that to workout but I mean even as a f*cking natural character at you know 16 or 17." Despite being criticized by many, Sulek still stays positive and unaffected by all the hate. He continues to make quality content for his fans and aspires to do the same for a long time.
