American reality TV star and renowned model Khloe Kardashian has seen it all when it comes to physical transformations. Losing a whopping 40 lbs, going from 163 lbs to 123 lbs was definitely not a child's play.

It required her to completely change her lifestyle, her eating habits, adding proper weight training as well as cardio sessions in her routine. In the recent episode of her family's ongoing TV show 'The Kardashians,' Khloe Kardashian finally gave her stance on one of the most popular weight-loss drugs amongst the stars.

During an episode of 'The Kardashians' from July 11, Khloe Kardashian came clean and admitted that she "probably would have" given Ozempic a shot if she had still been overweight. The youngest Kardashian sister admitted that she tried almost every weight-loss trick or supplement there was on the market during her weight-loss journey.

She said:

"When I was bigger, if they had Ozempic, I probably would have tried it, because I tried any other thing...I tried any fad weight-loss trend, except for the real thing that actually works, and that's a lifestyle change."

Continuing further, however, she also stated that the best trick to shed pounds and then maintain it is to change your lifestyle for good. Including a healthy diet, indulging in regular training sessions, and listening to your body's needs is what ultimately helped Khloe Kardashian to lose 40 lbs.

She said:

"I really wanna encourage healthiness and not about the number on a scale...I just think people should be active.
"I don't really care what your size is, and you should just be healthy and stronger for yourself," Khloe Kardashian added.

Khloe Kardashian didn't consider herself "fat"

Years ago today, back in 2015, Khloe Kardashian made an Instagram post talking about her past self. Posting a 'before and after' image, Khloe beautifully explained what helped her lose a significant amount of weight.

A part of the caption of her post read:

"People love to call me the fat one but as weird as it sounds I still don't think I would consider myself fat back then. Definitely overweight and unhealthy, yes."

Delving further into her fitness journey, Khloe Kardashian suggested starting slow and then becoming consistent with it.

She further wrote:

"Remember it is all about consistency. There are no quick fixes if you want long-term results. Working out is a huge part of my life now. I genuinely enjoy sweating out my frustrations and living a healthier life."

Ending the post with an appealing analogy, Khloe Kardashian suggested becoming the turtle and not the rabbit:

"Remember in the end the turtle won the race. Slow and steady. dedication and tenacity."

Despite being honest about her potential Ozempic usage, Khloe Kardashian's dedication to working out and eating healthy can not be doubted. While there are countless individuals in the fitness industry as well as show biz, Khloe believes it is the discipline and hard work that finally helps in losing body fat.
