Influencer Lexx Little recently announced the end of his bulking period that had been going on for the past 11 months. He published a vlog on his YouTube channel on Monday, August 12, confirming that he will start cutting down on his bulk.

Lexx added that he will be guided by coach Kyle, who also currently also takes care of the Tren Twins and other athletes. On the motivation behind deciding to end the bulk, Lexx said:

"I just feel I really need change in my life. I need to have more structure, so I reached out to coach Kyle, who's Anthony Mtell's, James English's, and Tren Twins' coach." (01:45)

He shared that his goal wasn't to drop a dramatic amount of weight.

"I don't want to get shredded out of my mind. I don't want to drop to like 180 or something. The goal right now is to drop down to around 195 or 200 lbs. Because currently I'm sitting around 217," he added. (02:35)

Lexx added that he was excited about this and couldn't wait for Monday.

"The cut is starting on Monday. I'm serious, I'm going to lock in. I just can't wait." (03:07)

Lexx Little goes grocery shopping in his latest video

Lexx Little took his YouTube subscribers on a grocery-store haul in his video titled "GROCERY HAUL ON A BULK + QnA" (via his YouTube channel named 'Lex Little').

He bought sausages, sirloin steak, beef, chicken breast, and eggs for his protein intake. He further bought kiwi, rice, granola, canned corn, and electrolyte water. Highlighting his preference for real food over processed one, he said:

"I'd rather take the bulk slow and slowly increase my weight than each a bunch of junk food and sh*t and get a bunch of acne all over and feel and look like sh*t." (08:11)

He clarified that he won't stop consuming junk food completely, but only have it in between major meals:

"I usually have three-to-four meals a day and every meal is completely organic and not processed. I kind of save the processed sh*t with all the calories kind of shoving the calories in, in between those meals." (08:25)

Earlier this year, Lexx Little revealed that he was consuming as many as 8,000 calories a day. He shared this fact via his Instagram:
