There is a dream every fitness enthusiast has of working out with their icon and it is with the one and only Arnold Schwarzenegger, a living bodybuilding legend. He has changed the whole fitness industry on his own and promoted a healthy lifestyle. Now the name of WWE star athlete Jake Paul is added to the list of people dreaming of training with the bodybuilding GOAT.

Recently, Paul shot a video with Men's Health, and the interviewer asked him:

"If you could work out with anyone in the world, dead or alive, who would it be?" [13:46]

To this, the WWE star athlete replied without hesitating:

"Oo, I would work out with Arnold Schwarzenegger."

Paul was asked a few more questions about what kind of physique he wanted to build, which made Arnie the perfect choice for him to train with. The Instagram influencer wants to train with heavy weights, just like Schwarzenegger does. He even wants to develop impressive legs and look ripped like the Austrian Oak looked in his prime.

Schwarzenegger, standing at a height of 6'3, had an impressive 28.5 inches of quads and 20 inches of calves. He developed extremely well-defined and symmetrical front and rear thighs. To achieve his dream physique, Paul always dreamed of training with the Terminator. The Terminator's insane leg strength can easily be seen by his max 608-pound squat.

Arnold Schwarzenegger's mindblowing leg and calves workout

Arnie started his workout with the barbell squats and did five sets of eight reps each to warm his legs up properly. Then he did five sets of front squats, ranging from eight to 10 reps each. After this, the bodybuilding legend got on the leg press machine and did five sets of 10 reps each.

To destroy his legs, the Terminator then did the leg extensions with a total of five working sets, each with at least 10 reps to keep the blood going. He ended his leg workout with lying leg curls with eight sets of 10 reps. This is not all; he then did a calf workout to maintain those 20-inch calves.

Schwarzenegger began his calves workout with the donkey calf raise, doing 15 to 30 reps for five sets. He followed the same approach for the standing calf raises. Then he moved to the leg-press calf raises, increasing the rep count to 20 to 30 for five sets. Then he ended his workout with a standing one-legged dumbbell calf raise and did three sets.

Schwarzenegger has always impressed everyone with his astonishing stats and training regimen, adding Paul to the list of his admirers.
