Henry Cavill is a name that doesn't require any introduction; his fans know him for his roles as Superman and the Witcher. The British actor also has a superhero-like physique, making him perfect for these roles.

Even at the age of 41, Cavill has still maintained his ripped physique, but this is not an easy task to do. 'Superman' has been following a proper dieting approach that has helped him carry such an impressive physique.

According to a Men's Health article, Cavill consumes four hefty meals a day, focusing on protein. Apart from the meals, the Enola Holmes actor loves to have protein shakes, which can be easily seen in his meal plan. Let's take a look at his daily meals.

Henry Cavill's first meal

The Witcher actor kicks off his day with a protein shake, including one-and-a-half to two scoops of 100 percent grass-fed whey protein and half a cup of oats. Along with this heavy protein shake, he eats two eggs and an omelette with some steak or ham. To chug down this enormous meal, he drinks rosemary water from preferred brand 'No.1 Rosemary Water.'

Henry Cavill's second meal

The first meal is enough for a normal person to make him full till the end of the day. But if you work out like Cavill and have a massive physique, it is just the start. To replenish his body after a workout, he eats chicken curry or six ounces of chicken breast with brown or jasmine rice. He finishes by eating an apple for dessert.

Henry Cavill's third meal

The St.Helier-born actor doesn't eat anything fancy for his third meal. He just opts for roasted chicken breast alongside some roasted potatoes and a side of curry sauce. Cavill holds immense love for curry, and this can be seen in his Instagram stories. In one of his stories, he said:

"You may, by now, be realizing that I like curry."

Henry Cavill's fourth meal

He ends his day with a substantial meal, similar to how he kicks off his day. He eats steak with brown rice pasta, but chooses bison steak instead of regular, as the former is a rich source of protein with a low amount of calories and a natural source of creatine.

To wash down such a heavy meal, Witcher ends his diet with a protein shake. To stay away from the catabolic state, Cavill drinks a protein shake made from greens and water.

The actor follows his diet strictly but takes one day for his cheat meal. Cavill has been known to enjoy eating pizza, and he mentions it as one of his reliable and go-to cheat meals.
