Beyond the physical benefits, fitness trainer Senada highlighted the psychological advantages of starting with five-minute workouts.

"It builds that self-confidence in yourself. Your body listens as in with meditation too." [7:40-7:45]

Research shows that it takes around 66 days to solidify a new habit. Even a short period each day can make a big difference by making you feel better and stronger over time.

By being consistent and dedicating five minutes to exercise, you're laying the groundwork for a long-term fitness lifestyle.

  • Start with a minute of light cardio like a treadmill to elevate your heart rate.
  • By doing squats, lunges, push-ups, and planks are effective for building strength and endurance.
  • Utilizing body weight or household items when no equipment is available is a great advantage in physical fitness workouts.
