Chris Bumstead, the five-time Mr. Olympia, is preparing for his sixth Olympia title and often shares throwback images of his Olympia's backstage shots. These images always gain immense love from Chirs Bumstead's fans, and recently his latest image got the attention of the biggest bodybuilder, Craig Golias.

Golias commented on the post:

"Easy 6 time Olympian champion."

In the post, the five-time Mr. Olympia was seen doing a front lat spread, and his lats looked like wings and were fully separated. The striations on Bumsteds's chest looked surreal and complimented his all-over physique. Even the veins on his biceps were somewhat symmetrical and gave him a menacing look.

This look even intimidated the biggest bodybuilder, Craig Golias, who weighs around 350 pounds. Even at a height of 6'3, he has gained enough size to overshadow some of the iconic bodybuilders of the mass monster era, like Jay Culter and Ronnie Coleman. But the bodybuilder was not always this big.

The bodybuilder was a skinny dude back in his school days, and since then, Craig Golias has been on a mission to put on as much as possible. Even the WWE wanted to sign a contract with Golias but the bodybuilder focused on bulking up and getting as huge as possible. The biggest bodybuilder frequently comments on Bumstead's post and passes down his verdicts.

Chris Bumstead has been training with Iain Valliere and recently shared a grueling back workout video. In the video, Valliere was seen helping out the five-time Mr. Olympia with the unilateral rever grip lat pull-down. Continuing in the video, the duo also did one-arm dumbbell rows to hit their lats properly.

The duo's primary focus was to hit their lats on a back day, and the next exercise they did was the T-Bar rows. They used decent weights to increase the number of reps to hit their lats properly, and they ended their workout with the pullover Nautilus machines. Chris Bumstead never misses a chance to amaze his fans with his iconic fitness journey.
