Fitness and powerlifting sensation Larry Wheels has established his legacy over the years through his countless lifting records. Despite multiple injuries, the 29-year-old continues to progressively overload with every training session.

In his recent Instagram post, Wheels again displayed his immense feats of strength as he lifted a whopping 675 lbs deadlift, and that too, using just one arm. Deadlifting the weight that most lifters can't even pull using two hands, Wheels left his fans concerned. Although a few were impressed, many pointed out the risks of attempting such a stunt.

"Just a reminder, Larry you're lifting someone else's max deadlift😂," one fan wrote.
"Watching this made me tear my lat," another comment read.

Larry Wheels tore one of his biceps last year while lifting Atlas stones. While this wasn't the first time that he went through such an injury, it surely took a toll on his mental as well as physical well-being. Referring to the same incident, another netizen wrote:

"Looking for that second bicep tear, then both arms would look the same."

Talking along the same lines, another user wrote:

"Does this guy think he is invincible? Eventually he will injure himself so he cannot lift. What is the purpose of a one-arm deadlift?"

While one fan asked:

"why though? you asking for that shoulder to just rip."

Comparing this unbelievable display of strength to strongman legends Eddie Hall and Hafthor Bjornsson's lifts, a netizen wrote:

"Now let's see Hafthor, or Brian Shaw do it."

Larry Wheels' other ventures

At this point, Larry Wheels has tried almost every other sport that requires you to take your shirt off or display your strength. Having proved his mettle as an arm wrestler as well, Wheels climbed up another ladder and entered a bodybuilding show not long ago. Having participated in Classic Physique, he secured the first position at NPC Gold Coast Muscle Classic in California.

However, Larry Wheels soon decided to relax a bit. He came clean about his steroid intake as well and announced coming off the drugs, as he wanted to focus on his general health. Soon after, Wheels officially announced his retirement from professional bodybuilding.

At just 29 years old, Wheels has already accomplished a lot in his professional ventures. Only time will tell if he ever decides to enter any other competitive sport.
