Chris Hemsworth launches Thor's exclusive workout plans for $200 million worth of fitness brand

Chris Hemsworth is a Hollywood star who doesn't need an introduction; fans know him as Odin's son Thor in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Apart from being a sensational actor, Hemsworth is also a fitness enthusiast. Thor has been on a journey to promote fitness since 2019 when he started his $200 million-dollar brand, Centr.

Recently, Hemsworth shared a clip of him having an arms day at Centr's gym. He has been on a 28-day challenge of doing specific arm workouts with the members. In the clip, the fitness freak was seen performing bicep curls with some hefty weight to give a glimpse of the intense workout ahead of time.

"Hey, what's up, legends? Check out the 28 days of arm program and a new workout for your arms every single day. I can't even count to 28, let alone I think of 28 different workouts for your arms. But we got 28 different workouts; get your pump on," Thor said in the Instagram video.

Thor showcased his gratitude to the Centr team for laying the foundation of the blasting arms workout to give you an insane pump. He wrote in the caption:

"Great work by the @centrfit team to create this awesome burner for each day to get that extra targeted work this summer. Pairs great with the 28 Days of Core as well!! Go crush it!"

Even the Centr page commented on the post and mentioned that they'll be "making every day arms day." However, this is not the first time the fitness enthusiast has gone on such an intense and explosive workout for his franchise.

The actor in the movie Thor has shared a short video clip on his Instagram account sharing a workout that covers explosiveness, strength, stability, speed, and hypertrophy that helps him feel "functional and strong." Continuing in the video, Hemsworth shared details of his workout regimen.

Thor did ball slam, overhead farmers carry, squat/curl/press, kettlebell snatches, tricep extension, underhand bent over row, and sprints. In the end, he thanked his brand for developing this workout for him. The Hollywood sensation did this workout for 40 minutes straight and thanked his brand for developing such an intense workout for him.

Despite being a Hollywood icon, Hemsworth is taking everyone in the right direction toward fitness to make them fit and healthy.
