Seven-time Mr. Olympia Phil Heath is no stranger to insane physical transformations. Despite his absence from the competitive bodybuilding stage for quite a while now, Heath hasn't officially declared his retirement and still looks stage-ready, thanks to his rigorous workout regimen. Surprisingly enough, NFL legend J.J. Watt is also knee-deep into fitness and bodybuilding.

Even though Watt has been into a hardcore gym routine for a while now, a few of his recent physique updates on social media have garnered a massive amount of attention from fans and other fitness individuals. Another new admirer he has gained is none other than Phil Heath.

During a recent conversation with TMZ, Heath not only appreciated the former NFL star, but also offered to help him if he ever decides to step on a bodybuilding stage. Heath's expertise in the realm of bodybuilding cannot be doubted by anyone.

Be it veteran bodybuilders like Kai Greene, or Olympia-winning legends like Jay Cutler, Heath has battled against and even defeated a lot of them. Taking a look at JJ Watt's recent X post, Heath immediately saw potential.

"He actually looks pretty damn good...I think he would actually do well at the amateur level," Heath stated.

Phil Heath offers to coach J.J. Watt

Even though bodybuilding fans have long been hoping for Phil Heath's comeback to professional bodybuilding, it looks like the 44-year-old has other plans in mind.

"I can get him ready for an amateur show in literally 12 weeks, without a doubt, without a doubt...If he trained with me for 12 weeks and we made sure everything was rocking and rolling, no injuries, we do his blood work, we do all that cool stuff, we figure out his nutrition, 12 weeks, I can get him on an amateur stage. And he would actually be very pleased with how he looked. Very pleased," Heath said in the same conversation with TMZ.

However, Heath also pointed out a few flaws in J.J. Watt's physique according to bodybuilding standards. Coming from someone who has been into serious lifting for decades now, 'The Gift' shared his honest feedback, saying:

"I think his core looks really good. His core is a strength. His chest is a strength. In fact, his legs aren't bad."
"Could he use more calf development? Yes, he could definitely use more calf development. Could he use more delts? Yes. Could his arms be bigger? A lot of football fans would be like, 'Dude, his arms are sick. His arms are huge."

If Watt ever decides to put on a pair of posing trunks and put on a pro tan, he could easily get in touch with Phil Heath and use his expertise to rule over yet another sport.
