Having trained together at this scenic Spanish gym at Marbella back in 2023, Yates' post made his old training-partner and friend Paul Baxendale feel nostalgic.

Dorian Yates, 62, won the Mr. Olympia title six consecutive times before officially retiring after his final win in 1997. He still trains and continues to inspire young bodybuilders and non-bodybuilders alike.
