Followers and friends of Dorian Yates showered a lot of praise on him after he posted a picture of his shredded physique on Instagram.

In the image, Dorian can be seen wearing sunglasses and posing against the backdrop of an exercise facility on the beach. Here's what the 62-year-old wrote alongside the picture:

One user asked Yates a tongue-in-cheek question, implying that he still looks like a good fit for competitions despite having retired almost thirty years ago.

"Bro you're huge. Considered professional bodybuilding?," they wrote.

Another emphasized Yates' stunning physique despite being 62 years old. Yates turned 62 in April, 2024.

Dorian was dubbed the "GOAT" ('Greatest of All Time') by another user, and many other people also used the goat sticker.

Many users used stickers of fire and applause. Meanwhile, a user compared Yates' physique to that of a lion, while another person said that Yates looked like a Greek god in the image.

Yates is still the most notable English person to have won Mr. Olympia back in the 1990s. Acknowledging the laurels he has brought England in professional bodybuilding, an Instagram user commented:

Dorian Yates, 62, won the Mr. Olympia title six consecutive times before officially retiring after his final win in 1997. He still trains and continues to inspire young bodybuilders and non-bodybuilders alike.
