A young bodybuilder's striking resemblance with Arnold Schwarzenegger has become the talk of the (bodybuilding) town. Johny Muenster, an influencer with more than a million followers on Instagram, recently shared a reel of himself with Joseph Baena, Arnold Schwarzenegger's son.

Both curled their arms and their biceps clearly showed that they have been training hard, but Muenster's enormous frame next to Baena attracted hilarious reactions on Instagram.

Arnold Schwarzenegger is 'idol No. 1' for Muenster

Johny Muenster was overjoyed after meeting Arnold Schwarzenegger in real life. The American actor and former bodybuilder is an icon for countless young bodybuilders. Alongside a picture with Arnold on his Instagram, Muenster wrote:

"It was the best pleasure to meet my Idol Nr. 1 ! The one and only! The Terminator, governor, seven-time, Mr. Olympia, Conan the Barbarian.. and many more!"

Muenster talked about Arnold's impact on him back when he was a teen with an eating disorder, writing:

"In the start of my bodybuilding journey, he help me out of being anorexic (46,6kg @ 14). Every rep that I did, and every set that I did, I think about him, that he never gave up! He help me to motivate myself so I am able to motivate other Millions of people now!"

The Instagram influencer also stated that he is grateful to have the opportunity to influence other people. He added:

"And I am very thankful to be in a position were I can reach out to people to bring more joy and motivation in this world! I don’t know where my journey goes to, but I hope that you my friends are a part of it."
