Fitness sensation Sam Sulek has received his share of negative feedback and criticism when it comes to diet and training. According to veterans like Greg Doucette and Derek from More Plates More Dates, Sulek has been abusing a ton of performance-enhancing drugs. However, one thing the young lifter has always had on point is his cardio routine.

During a recent YouTube video, Sam Sulek depicted his gruelling chest workout routine. He also told his audience on his way back from the gym that he did not perform his typical cardio routine, which consists of biking. Instead, he took a long walk to a car rental place that was three miles away from his home. During his drive back to home after the workout, Sam Sulek talked about the importance of cardio.

"If I cut cardio out for the last month, I would definitely be much more winded in between my sets to the point where it might even affect the pump. It might even affect just how good my workout could be if I have to sit there for longer than necessary, at least longer than ideal..now I'm not sure how many of you guys are upwards of 200 to 220 lbs but when you get there man..you need a lot more oxygen, you need a bit more oxygen..just sitting and breathing." Sam Sulek warns against being a "frat boy"

Sulek has been one of the most disciplined lifters when it comes to cardio. Having received praise for this from Greg Doucette as well, Sulek consistently educates his audience about the importance of cardio.

Understanding the common sentiment of lifters who skip cardio, Sulek pointed out that even though it can feel like a difficult task, cardio is essential to take care of your heart's health. Talking along the same lines, Sam Sulek further stated:

"I get it, it's, it is.. feels like a chore but you know if you don't do your chores, you're going to live in a f*cking filthy ass house with uh dirty dishes all over the kitchen and dirty laundry strown about it everywhere right you're going to be living like a like a f*cking frat boy so get on it."
