Mr. Olympia Chris Bumstead and his fiancee Courtney King melted the internet this April when they announced the birth of their baby girl. Fans poured their love on the couple as they found it cute that they are parents now.

But is it just the dad's genes that will make the kid strong? No! Courtney King has done it too, winning the Bikini Olympia in 2016, prompting fans to comment...

Women's competing categories were limited to Ms. Olympia, Fitness and Figure until the Bikini Olympia category was introduced in 2010. It immediately became popular amongst women who couldn't fit in the conventional physique suitable enough for the women's judgment criteria.

Courtney King won the Bikini Olympia in 2016 and never competed after that. Here is a video of a young Courtney preparing for the competition:

Courtney King missed twice before finally winning Bikini Olympia in 2016

Success makes a lot of noise while the struggle behind it is quiet. Courtney King was placed third in the 2015 Bikini Olympia despite preparing for it since 2014. She worked on herself, especially her shoulders, as she felt there was always room for improvement.

She felt every woman on the stage looked 'phenomenal' and deserved to be there, so it was more about what the judges wanted to see that day.

"I went into the Bikini Olympia 2015 last year and I got third, super grateful for that; I'm just going to try to improve," Courtney said while preparing for Bikini Olympia 2016 (via the Road to Olimpia YouTube video).

Not many couples have been into or won the Olympia, making bodybuilding enthusiasts so fond of Chris Bumstead and Courtney King.
