Eric Janicki is a world powerlifter and IFBB Pro coach. Apart from that, he is also a fitness YouTuber and keeps his fans updated about his life there. Recently, the powerlifter unveiled in a YouTube video on his channel 'Eric Janicki' that he will be competing at the NPC USA Bodybuilding Championships scheduled for July 26 and 27, 2024, in the men's bodybuilding division.

In the video, Janicki broke down the dieting regimen he is following for his upcoming show and gave a physique update. The nutrition coach also shared that he consumes five meals daily and prepares his own meals.

Meal 1:

  • 1 scoop of protein
  • 240 grams of egg whites with kale and spinach
  • 2 cups of vanilla almond beverage
  • 2 grams of Better Cheddar cheese powder
  • 1 tbsp. half and half
  • 150 grams of blueberries
  • 0.4 tbsp. sunflower butter
  • 0.5 cup rolled oats

Eric Janicki prepares 45 grams of oats with a lot of water and proteins with blueberries, four grams of sunflower seed butter, and a little bit of sugar-free syrup.

Meal 1 Macros:

  • 67 grams of protein
  • 57 grams of carbs
  • 18 grams of fat
  • 691 calories

Meal 2: Eric Janicki's Pre-Workout Meal

  • 1 banana
  • 1.5 scoops of protein

Meal 2 Macros:

Meal 3: Eric Janicki's Post-Workout Meal

  • 6 oz. of 96% ground beef
  • 300 grams of zucchini
  • 7.5ml sauce

The powerlifter mixes all these ingredients to make a protein meal after an intense workout.
