Arnold Schwarzenegger, a bodybuilding legend who also dominated the film industry, recently debunked the most common myth in Hollywood. The bodybuilder went to the Inspire Me Podcast and called out some prominent Hollywood figures such as Clint Eastwood and Charles Bronson for not being transparent with their fans.

"In the old days, for instance, like Clint Eastwood and Charles Bronson and those guys, they also trained not five hours a day, but they trained a little bit, but they would never admit because they wanted to make it appear like they were born with this kind of a muscular body," said Arnold Schwarzenegger. This was just one of the ventures the iconic bodybuilding duo had been on. Arnie even asked Joe Weider, the co-founder of the IFBB, Mr. Olympia, to bring Franco to the United States of America to train with him.

"He was uh a smart guy; he had a great personality uh he was very entertaining; he was extremely strong extremely muscular very very uh uh giving person; he became a chiropractor, doctor, and chiropractor, and he worked all day long in helping people adjusting them helping them to get healthy, give them food supplements, train them, and all this stuff, you know, and he was very successful; he trained even Sylvester Stallone for his movie for Rambo number two," said Arnie to praise his dearest friend.
