In their last matchup at Acrisure Arena in Palm Desert, California, on Oct. 6, the LA Lakers' superstar duo of LeBron James and Anthony Davis outshined the Phoenix Suns' stars Kevin Durant and Devin Booker. Both teams’ key players only played in the first half before sitting out the second.

LeBron and Davis were highly efficient, combining for 36 points on 15-of-22 shooting, including 3-of-6 from beyond the arc. The Lakers duo also contributed 13 rebounds and seven assists.

On the other hand, Durant and Booker struggled with their shooting, going 7 of 22 from the field, including 3 of 9 from deep. The Suns stars also combined for seven rebounds and five assists.

Fueled by LeBron and Davis' impressive showing, the Lakers dominated the first half, leading 69-57. However, the Suns staged a strong comeback in the second half, outscoring the Lakers 61-45, with their role players stepping up to turn the game around.
