Drake is known to be close friends with several NBA stars such as Lakers' LeBron James. However, he reportedly unfollowed James on Instagram after he was spotted in attendance at Kendrick Lamar's "Pop Out Show." X user Akademiks TV (@AkademiksTV) pointed this out after Drake brought out Bronny at his LA show following Bronny's cardiac arrest incident, which sparked strong fan reactions.

The "Not Like Us" rapper and the "Hotline Bling" artist had a previous feud a couple of months ago that involved the release of several diss tracks aimed at one another. During "The Pop Out Show: Ken and Friends," both DeMar DeRozan and Russell Westbrook were also in attendance, alongside the Lakers superstar.

In response to the post, several fans shared their reactions.

"We all know LeBron ain't loyal, just look what he did to the Cavaliers and Heat."

X user Jaydarious (@jaydarious) pointed out that Drake was not too pleased with the Lakers forward enjoying his opponent's concert.

"LeBron at the pop out show, might have tucked a sensitive rapper back in his pajama," one fan said.
"I know deep down LeBron was there because of his love for music, not him picking sides. The moment he showed up there will automatically make Drake feel betrayed. LeBron refused to think," another fan said.
"So he paraded Bronny around for the fame got it! He's a vulture, because only he likes being famous. LeBron saw right through these games, got wind of his extra activities and said 'Nope, he not like us.' Using Bronny as a pawn. He a clown," one fan posted.
"'He walked him out,' okay what the f**k is that supposed to do? You act like Bronny and LeBron asked for that when it was the other way around. Acting like Drake were the doctors who saved his life," a fan said.

The 20-time NBA All-Star did not comment on the matter.

Drake expressed his admiration for the Lakers star during his LA show

During his LA concert, Drake wanted to show his appreciation for the Lakers superstar by sharing the time LeBron James was one of the few people who supported his journey back in the early days.

"In 2009, when nobody believed in anything I had going on," Drake said (per Rolling Stone). "that same guy showed up to a release party for a mixtape that was called So Far Gone. He came all the way to Toronto, Canada, to support me when I was trying to figure out how I could live my dreams."
"And so tonight, however many years later, it's an honor to be inside his building while we're both still on this earth. I got to do this building justice tonight. So I came to LA, and I'm about to give you everything I got, I promise you that."

Back then, Drake was still an up-and-coming artist that not many hip-hop fans paid attention to. Now, he is widely recognized as one of the most successful and prominent artists of his generation.
