LeBron James exudes fatherly emotions in his 'promise' to daughter Zhuri James

LeBron James is spending some time in Paris with his wife Savannah James and their daughter Zhuri while on national team duty at the 2024 Olympics. The mother and daughter likely arrived in the “City of Light” in time for Team USA’s showdown against Brazil in the quarterfinals. They were spotted attending USA Basketball’s 50th-anniversary celebration before the Americans’ game versus the Selecao.

James and Co. don’t play until Thursday, so he has some time to spend with his family outside of Team USA practices. He has likely given Savannah and Zhuri a little tour in Paris. The LA Lakers superstar shared photos of himself and his daughter walking around the city. James captioned it:

“Promise I got you for LIFE my Princess [Princess, hearts and stars emoji].”

The father and daughter had to have security while they walked around an undetermined location. James soaked up the sun as he wore a USA basketball uniform and capped it off with white socks and slip-on shoes. The NBA’s all-time career points leader is often emotional when talking about his “Princess,” so it wasn’t a surprise his caption expressed his love for her.

LeBron James and his family could have more time to spend in Paris if the U.S. wins Thursday against Serbia. If the team does that, it will reach the gold medal round, where it will face the winner between France and Germany.

Savannah James and Zhuri James will likely be somewhere inside Bercy Arena in Paris on Thursday to cheer for “King James” and Team USA.

LeBron James’ dance during a beach volleyball game seemingly embarrassed his “Princess”

Fans and even Team USA athletes are almost in awe of LeBron James. The American contingent during the Olympics opening ceremony kept looking at the NBA superstar, who was the nation's male flagbearer.

James is one of the most decorated and iconic basketball players ever, but he is just a normal dad when going out with his family. He showed that during a beach volleyball match between the USA and China. After Taryn Kloth and Kristen Nuss won the matchup, “King James” loudly shouted his approval.

A few moments later, LeBron James danced while fans couldn’t hold back their laughter and applause. Zhuri James momentarily covered herself in embarrassment. Savannah James only laughed at her husband and their daughter’s reaction.

The James couple likely went to the beach volleyball event as their “Princess” is a big fan of the sport. Last year, she competed in a volleyball competition that the Jameses attended.

Watching the USA compete in beach volleyball was a great experience for Zhuri until her father hilariously ruined the moment.
