Count LeBron James' friend “Cuffs the Legend” among those who think racism continues to be an issue not just in sports but also in the media. He used the “Pat McAfee Show” to prove his point about color having a major role in people getting opportunities. For him, the former NFL punter has been tolerated by ESPN and the media because he is white.

McAfee hardly tones down his language and has been known to use words such as “rats” and “losers” when responding to critics. Despite the heat, the former Indianapolis star has become one of the most sought-after talents in his field.

“Cuffs The Legend” went on Instagram to rant about why Pat McAfee gets away with what he does:

“If I was 100% white... I would be bigger than Pat McAfee," he wrote. "You think they would let ME wear a black tank top on ESPN with my jewelry while dropping F Bombs on Live TV? Hell The F**k NO!!! The playing field will never be the same for US.”

LeBron James' friend “Cuffs The Legend” didn’t just stop there. He claimed to have called Fox Sports Radio “directly” to ask, “Where is the culture being represented?” The basketball fan added that no one responded.

The LA Lakers supporter had this to say about why he would be bigger than Pat McAfee had he been white:

“Name a major platform that my random thoughts haven’t been used in topics and talking points.”

LeBron James' friend names another show as the “best in the world”

Among the many talk shows, LeBron James' friend “Cuffs The Legend” has his sights on one as the leader. In an Instagram story, he commented about the “It Is What It Is” show:

“Best Show in the World!!”

The program is hosted by artists Ma$e and Cam’ron with Treasure “Stat Baby” Wilson. Like the competition, they talk about the NBA, the NFL and other sports. They bring in athletes, former athletes, celebrities and artists to interview.
