"Continue working on your Mandarin"- NBA fans mock Dwight Howard as he trolls T'Wolves with pitch to stop Luka Doncic

Former NBA star Dwight Howard was trolled yet again by the NBA fans on X (Formerly Twitter) because of his recent actions against the Minnesota Timberwolves. On Sunday Howard made a tweet trolling the Timberwolves after they lost (116-107) against the Mavs in Game 3.

He uploaded an image of himself in the Timberwolves jersey. It wasn't a real photograph and was probably made using a photo editing tool like Photoshop. He accompanied his image in a Wolves jersey with the caption:

"You need 2 DPOY’s to Stop Luka."

Dwight Howard took a jab at the Wolves for losing another game in the series, while also cleverly promoting himself as an option the Wolves can sign. The NBA fans caught on to this and flooded his comments section to troll the former NBA star.

One fan trolled Howard for playing in the Chinese basketball leagues abandoning the States.

"Continue working on your mandarin dwight"

Other fans boarded the troll train and made jokes about Howard's desire to return to the NBA.

"Dwight still searching for that contract," one fan said.

"Our whole squad could stop Luka better than u," another fan said.

"Even photoshop fighting your vision stop it," one fan said.

While most of the fans trolled Howard some fans entertained his idea of him joining the Timberwolves.

"Ngl Dwight would prolly do a better job than Rudy," another fan said.

"They really do need Dwight."

Dwight Howard is currently signed with the Mets de Guaynabo in the BSN, a first-tier basketball league in Puerto Rico. The last time he played in the NBA was in the 2021-22 season for the Los Angeles Lakers.

Dwight Howards slaps back at a troll after commenting on Timberwolves' loss

The NBA fans trolled Dwight Howard pretty hard for his comments on the Timberwolves. However, the former Laker decided to slap back at the trolling with a response of his won. He retweeted a post by a fan who asked if Howard was still begging (for an NBA contract) and accompanied his comment with a GIF image of Will Smith shaking his head.

Howard captioned the retweet:

"You still don’t know what trolling is smh."

He played a reverse troll card on the fan by answering his sarcasm with his own. Earlier this season, Dwight Howard was connected with many rumors of an NBA return. Several teams were named to be interested in signing the three-time Defensive Player of the Year but none of those rumors came to fruition. Eventually, Dwight had to sign with another team in a lesser-known basketball league.
