There are only two games on the MLB slate on Monday. We have reached the point in the season where games are scarce because only eight teams remain, and the off days are positioned uniquely. That can make finding the right home run prop bets difficult, but we have today's best picks from the four teams courtesy of DraftKings.

Best MLB home run prop bets for October 7

5) Juan Soto: +450

New York Yankee star Juan Soto was one of just four players to hit 40 or more home runs in the regular season. During the opening game of the ALDS series against the Kansas City Royals, he recorded three hits, proving that the moment in the Bronx was not too big.

Even though he faces a tough lefty in Cole Ragans (11-9, 3.14 ERA), Soto has a shot to go deep today and endear Yankees fans to himself even further.

4) Salvador Perez: +330

Salvador Perez is one of the best hitters the Royals have. He's also right-handed, which means he will have the advantage against Carlos Rodon (16-9, 3.96 ERA). Rodon has been prone to the long ball at times this year, and Perez has hit well against his opponent this season. If anyone's going to go deep for Kansas City, it's probably Perez.

3) Giancarlo Stanton: +320

Giancarlo Stanton has performed well in the playoffs for the New York Yankees. Since 2018, he has led the team in playoff home runs and RBI. He's due for another big hit tonight, even if he is facing Ragans. He has the hand advantage, and all it takes is one mistake pitch for Stanton to blast one 450 feet into the night.

2) Jose Ramirez: +320

Jose Ramirez has a tough matchup today, as does the entire Cleveland Guardians lineup. Detroit Tigers ace Tarik Skubal (18-4, 2.39 ERA) opposes them, so it's difficult to envision anyone getting one to go out of the ballpark. However, Ramirez is a switch hitter and recorded 39 home runs during the regular season. If anyone can get to Skubal, it's Ramirez.

1) Aaron Judge: +265

Aaron Judge's playoff struggles are well-documented, but he does have 13 hits in 45 games. That includes a recent dry spell, so the overall power numbers haven't been as bad as they might seem. He hit 58 home runs this season and crushed left-handed pitching, which means he might be able to neutralize Ragans tonight.
