One of the best moments of this summer for Derek Jeter was his surprise birthday party, organized by none other than Hannah Jeter. The Yankees icon celebrated his 50th birthday on June 26.

Hannah organized the party at ZZ's Club New York, a private membership club located in Hudson Yards. She also invited several guests, including Jeter's former teammates, including CC Sabathia, Joe Torre, Tino Martinez, Bernie Williams and Jorge Posada.

The Hall of Famer and five-time World Series champion shared the photos from his 50th birthday party on social media.
