Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Bobby Miller's girlfriend, Natalie Loureda, is a qualified martial artist, fitness trainer and popular social media personality. Alongside training others and also training herself, she runs her own podcast on YouTube, called the "Rolling With The Punches Show."

On X on Thursday, Loureda expressed her excitement for a potential new weight category for women's MMA. UFC CEO Dana White announced in a news conference on Wednesday that he is planning to introduce an atomweight division for women. The division typically includes competitors who weigh 105.8 pounds or less.

Apart from YouTube, Natalie Loureda is popular on Instagram as well, boasting upwards of 87,000 followers. There, she regularly provides fans with updates on her day-to-day life, along with fitness and MMA-related content.

Loureda and combat sports go way back. With both her parents and sister being black belts in Taekwondo, she began to practice at an early age. Eventually, she transitioned towards MMA. Her sister, Valerie Loureda, is signed to WWE and fights under the ring name Lola Vice. Natalie, too, is hard at work with plans of one day following in Valerie's footsteps and being a part of WWE.

Natalie Loureda provides followers with fitness tips in recent Instagram story

Boasting over 87,000 followers on Instagram, it's safe to say that Natalie Loureda is popular and well known in the fitness community. A professional fitness instructor, Loureda also often posts content on her various social media profiles to help guide her followers towards a healthier lifestyle and improved levels of fitness.

On Wednesday, Natalie Loureda uploaded a video to her Instagram story showcasing some tips to correctly use battle ropes.

In the video, Loureda helps her followers with a technique that helps with a common problem that many may have when exercising with battle ropes, especially beginners. She expresses the importance of keeping the spine straight through the exercise and shows how moving from both ropes to holding only one rope with both hands is a great solution to ensure that one can maintain their posture while still getting an intense workout.

With Natalie Loureda continuing to make a mark for herself in the fitness industry, a strong background in combat sports and, of course, the relentless work ethic and fighting spirit that allows her to adequately work on her various passions simultaneously, it may not be a long time before we see her accomplish her goal and compete in WWE alongside her sister.
