Alex Rodriguez and girlfriend Jaclyn Cordeiro share luxe dinner in LA, flaunt coveted tickets to MLB World Series 2024

Former Yankees star Alex Rodriguez, now a Fox Sports analyst, will be covering the World Series alongside Kevin Burkhardt, Derek Jeter and David Ortiz, just like last season. Judging by an Instagram story, A-Rod's girlfriend Jaclyn Cordeiro could be joining her partner at the World Series.

On Friday, Cordeiro and Rodriguez went on a luxurious dinner date at LA's Steak 48. Cordeiro posted a picture from the dinner on her Instagram story, featuring two World Series tickets on the table.

Rodriguez and Cordeiro have been dating since October 2022. Cordeiro is a fitness instructor with a nursing background and the founder of the "JacFit" six-week transformation fitness program.

Alex Rodriguez, David Ortiz and Derek Jeter are once again set to offer fans their expert takes on the World Series games this fall. When the three met during the All-Star break in July, each one predicted the finalists and the winner of the World Series.

Jeter, aka Mr. November, picked the Philadelphia Phillies to win the World Series over the Baltimore Orioles.

"The Philadelphia Phillies are the best team in baseball in my opinion," Jeter said. "I think Phillies go to the World Series and I think they're going to be facing the Baltimore Orioles."

However, the Orioles are out of contention after the Kansas City Royals swept them in their AL Wild Card Series.

"Not so fast, Captain!" A-Rod said as he placed his trust in Brian Cashman's New York Yankees to get the win over the LA Dodgers in seven games.

"Winning over the Dodgers in a rematch of the '81 World Series. Oh, in seven, Yankees in seven over the Dodgers," A-Rod said.

Meanwhile, Ortiz, aka Big Papi, picked the Boston Red Sox to win the World Series over the Philadelphia Phillies. However, the Red Sox didn't make the postseason.

The divisional phase of the playoffs starts on Saturday. The ALDS matchups will see the Cleveland Guardians take on the Detroit Tigers. Meanwhile, the Yankees will face the Royals.

In the National League, the Dodgers will face the San Diego Padres while the Phillies will host the New York Mets for the other NLDS matchup.

The divisional series matchups are all best-of-five series. The winners will advance to the ALCS and the NLCS appropriately.
