Jimmy Rollins also has three leadoff postseason home runs to his credit. It took the Philadelphia Phillies great just 39 games to reach the mark, ranking him above Jeter.

Kyle Schwarber sits at the top of the list for players with the most leadoff home runs during MLB's postseason. He has five, putting him two home runs ahead of both Jeter and Rollins.

It has taken Schwarber just 42 games to reach five. That goes to show you just the type of power he possesses. There are a lot of great names on this list, but he has outperformed them all.
