Sarthak is a Bodybuilding journalist and Assistant Content Manager at Sportskeeda. He has over 3 years of experience and has previously worked at Essentially Sports. He has been into bodybuilding for over 3 years as well, having gained inspiration from his elder brother, who’s been lifting for over 8 years.

Sarthak has attended the Sheru Classic IFBB Pro Show event in Delhi. His favorite event is Mr. Olympia as it showcases the best athletes. He has a deep knowledge of the sport and uses them in his writing along with providing an unbiased narrative. Sarthak has also had the privilege of interviewing bodybuilding legend Frank Zane in his career so far, where he chose and wrote the questions asked.

His all-time favorite body builder is Mike Mentzer as he’s amazed by his belly muscle separations and size, especially for his era. Sarthak found Arnold Schwarzenegger’s sudden appearance on the stage during the 1980’s Mr. Olympia really interesting.

He does weight lifting and plays football to maintain his health and fitness. When not working, he enjoys gaming and reading.
