Neeraj Chopra, India's javelin star, wrapped up his 2024 season with a runner-up finish at the prestigious Diamond League Final in Brussels. With a throw of 87.86 meters, Chopra missed out on first place by a narrow one-centimeter margin to Grenada’s Anderson Peters, who took the top spot with a throw of 87.87 meters.
