AEW Dynamite 250 was a memorable affair, not only because of the matches but also due to several unexpected moments. One of the event's highlights was Darby Allin's fascinating entrance. A recent report has disclosed Martha Hart's reaction to Allin's arrival.
Kazuchika Okada and Swerve Strickland's much-anticipated showdown ended with the latter's victory via disqualification. This champion vs. champion bout was turning out to be a classic, but it was cut short due to The Elite's interference. The Young Bucks attacked Strickland, prompting The Acclaimed, Jack Perry, Mark Briscoe, and 'Hangman' Adam Page to join the brawl.
The final man to show up was Darby Allin, who entered from the arena's rafters using a cable. Fightful Wrestling's Sean Ross Sapp confirmed that the company received the blessing of Martha Hart to execute Allin's entrance. Martha was married to WWE legend Owen Hart, who lost his life due to a botched entrance.
"AEW got Martha Hart's blessing to do the rafter entrance with Darby Allin," Sapp tweeted.
Owen Hart died at the age of 34 in front of a live audience during his rafter entrance in 1999. Reports suggested that the apparatus that was lowering him to the ring malfunctioned, and he fell to his death.

In an interview with the Calgary Herald, Martha Hart said May was a difficult month for her every year because her husband, Owen Hart, passed away in the same month nearly 25 years ago.
"May is the month that reminds me of all that I lost. It’s this wave that builds leading to his death date, and once the day passes all the heavy emotions wash over me, until, once again, I feel light, and I can move forward."
Owen Hart was often considered one of the greatest technical pro wrestlers in the '90s. He won several championships, including the WWE European and Intercontinental titles. Since 2022, Martha Hart has collaborated with AEW every year to organize the prestigious Owen Hart Cup.
