A WWE Hall of Famer pointed out a fundamental issue with the spot where Bryan Danielson was choked out with a plastic bag. Bryan has been choked with a plastic bag two times now.

At the AEW WrestleDream pay-per-view, Bryan Danielson lost his AEW World Title to Jon Moxley. After the match, Moxley and his faction attacked Bryan before Wheeler Yuta and Darby Allin showed up. However, Yuta shockingly turned on his mentor, Danielson, and choked Bryan out with a plastic bag as well.

Meanwhile, WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash shared his reaction to the plastic bag spot that took place at the WrestleDream pay-per-view. Speaking on his Kliq This podcast, Nash stated the following:

"Is this [autoerotic asphyxiation]? Because it looks to me like instead of pulling the bag off of his head, it looks like he's like [making it even tighter]. I mean, it's a plastic bag. Why wouldn't you be pulling it the other way over your chin? This has always gotten heat in movies, when the guy is like John Wick, you know? But he's bound in a chair with his hands behind his back. Maybe [AEW isn't] cinema-based."

Nash also said that the spot will influence kids:

"Like I said last week, this is just bad enough for your 8- and 6-year-old kids to get this idea, since [AEW does] it weekly now. It's their new go-to spot. I guess at this point people [chant 'boring'] if you go for the rear chin so, you gotta pick up. The rear bag spot." (H/T WrestlingINC)
