Britt Baker received some good news when it was revealed on AEW Dynamite that Tony Khan had lifted her suspension ahead of All In. That was some much-needed relief as her big match with Mercedes Mone is inching closer.

Tonight on Dynamite, Mercedes Mone came out and had her usual rant about how she used the influence of the EVPs, the Young Bucks, to get Britt Baker suspended. As she was gloating over that, Tony Schiavone came out with a message for Mone.

He said AEW President Tony Khan had overruled The Elite’s decision and freed Britt Baker from her suspension. Schiavone then noted that The DMD had a message for Mone and she popped up on the big screen via satellite.

Baker said that for Mercedes Mone, AEW is just the flavor of the month, while for her, it is home. She then warned that all this would end at All In 2024 when she became the new TBS Champion. Not only that, Britt said that she would become the first female in AEW to beat Mercedes Mone.

It will be great to see two of the top stars in the company get into a fight for one of the top titles at the biggest wrestling show.
