MJF received medical attention in the ring after taking a scary-looking finisher at AEW All Out. The medics looked concerned after the star's match against Daniel Garcia.
Maxwell and Garcia faced each other in a grudge match after tensions between the two had been boiling for the past few months. The Devil previously took out Garcia and put him on the shelf. MJF won the match but that came at a cost as he was caught out by his opponent.
After the match, the former AEW World Champion extended a hand of friendship to Garcia, but that was a ruse to attack his opponent. Garcia was well prepared and hit back at MJF with a low blow. After that, Daniel Garcia hit a piledriver on MJF from the middle rope and left the ring through the crowd.
After that scary spot, MJF was attended to by medical personnel and was even given a neck brace given the impact he had to endure from the piledriver off the middle rope. It is safe to say that this rivalry between the two men is far from finished.
