Wrestling fans seemingly believe that a popular AEW star should consider leaving his current workplace to head to WWE. The talent in question is Daniel Garcia.

Daniel Garcia's future is one of the most talked-about subjects in pro wrestling. Signed with AEW in 2021, The Red Death has impressed fans through his in-ring abilities and character work. He has also worked with several top stars in the company, including Jon Moxley, Chris Jericho, Bryan Danielson, and Maxwell Jacob Friedman, whom he lost to at All Out 2024.

Recent reports on Garcia's status in All Elite Wrestling had cast some doubt on the likelihood of the former ROH Pure Champion staying on in the Tony Khan-led company amidst rumored interest from its rival promotion, WWE. However, an update from WrestlePurists has claimed that AEW is confident about re-signing Daniel Garcia and that creative plans have been developed in case the 26-year-old star opts to continue his career in the company.

Fans flocked to X/Twitter to share their responses to the latest report on Garcia's possible pro-wrestling future. The reactions were mixed, with several users believing that the reigning PWG World Champion ought to sign with WWE for a stint in NXT.

Others speculated that Garcia might remain in AEW, even theorizing that Garcia was leveraging reports surrounding Triple H's interest in him to negotiate the best deal possible with All Elite Wrestling.

Daniel Garcia has refused to comment on his AEW contract status

As conversations continue to circulate regarding Daniel Garcia and the status of his contract with All Elite Wrestling, fans as well as industry veterans have expressed that the former Jericho Appreciation Society member should sign with WWE, arguing that he would thrive under Tripe H's creative helm.

Garcia has been unwilling to publicly discuss his present contract situation, as evidenced by his response to Denise Salcedo after the latter brought up the subject during an interview last month.
