A House of Black member is open to seeing a beloved legend become the newest member of the stable in AEW. Brody King stated that wrestling was an unpredictable business and that he could see MVP join the faction down the line.

The House of Black is one of the most feared stables in all of wrestling. Apart from Brody King, Buddy Matthews and Julia Hart are part of the faction that's headed by Malakai Black. The group has held the AEW Trios Championship, while Hart is a former TBS Champion who's currently sidelined due to a shoulder injury.

In a recent interview with Bill Apter of Sportskeeda Wrestling, Brody King was quizzed if he would be up to join MVP's group, which includes Shelton Benjamin. King made it clear that his loyalties lay with the House of Black for now but was open to seeing the 50-year-old former WWE star join his stable instead.

"You never know what's down the line in pro wrestling. You never say never. I think right now my loyalties lie with the House of Black. And [in] the future, maybe MVP joins the House of Black. You never know," Brody King said. [6:22-6:38]

Brody King on how Julia Hart joined House of Black in AEW

A few days ago, Brody King opened up about how Julia Hart herself approached Malakai Black to become a part of House of Black. King added that even Tony Khan didn't have an idea about the pitch and appreciated Hart for having the right amount of desire to grow. Hart joined the faction in May 2022.

"I don't know if it's shocked as more [sic]. It was definitely surprising, but it takes a lot of guts to go up to three scary grown men that you don't know, and you're just like, 'Hey, I have this idea! What do you think?' But that's the kind of hunger and drive we need out of young people at AEW to take that chance and risk. We didn't even have approval from Tony Khan that this was going to happen," he said.

Brody King was in action at last week's WrestleDream PPV, where he lost to Darby Allin in a grueling battle despite pushing the latter to his limits.
