Daniel Garcia is one of the top babyfaces in AEW. It is rumored that he may leave the Tony Khan-led company and jump ship to WWE soon.

The Red Death was written off the TV after he took a brutal beatdown at the hands of the American Champion MJF a few weeks ago. It was reported that his contract with the company was set to expire this fall.

A report also hinted that the Stamford-based promotion had great interest in him. While there is a belief that The Red Death might re-sign with the Jacksonville-based company eventually, Fightful Select noted that All Elite Wrestling and Garcia have yet to agree on a new deal.

Fans on X/Twitter started sharing their reactions to the latest potential update on Garcia's AEW status. Many people think that the former champion will leave All Elite Wrestling to join the Triple H-led company. Check out some of the most notable responses below.

"MY MAN COMING TO WWE," a fan wrote.

Some fans think that he would be a great addition to World Wrestling Entertainment's developmental brand.

"Good luck at NXT," a user commented.
"Bummer, but it's Tony's fault if he leaves," a person wrote.

Former AEW star Matt Hardy predicts what will happen if Daniel Garcia goes to WWE

Wrestling veteran Matt Hardy recently commented on Daniel Garcia's AEW status on his Extreme Life podcast. During the conversation, he also speculated what would happen if the former champion chose to sign with WWE.

The Broken One said Garcia would become a star if he were to sign with the global juggernaut.

"I think if he goes to WWE, he’s going to be good. He’s gonna become a star. You just never know. It is hard to tell. I think he’s just so young," Hardy said.

Hardy also highlighted that even if Garcia stayed in the Tony Khan-led company, he would still have a good run, especially if AEW continued his storyline feud with MJF.
