During the latest episode of AEW Dynamite, a current WWE SmackDown star was seemingly alluded to. The star in question is none other than AJ Styles.

This week's Dynamite featured Juice Robinson and The Gunns, three of four members of The Bang Bang Gang, in a backstage segment. Days ahead of the June 15 episode of Collision, which will mark the one-year anniversary of the show, the AEW Unified World Trios Champions sent a message to The House of Black, who are scheduled to appear on Collision in Youngstown, Ohio.

Bringing up The Bang Bang Gang's appearances and performances on Collision over the past year (which has earned the stable the moniker of "The Collision Cowboys"), Robinson issued a warning to the daunting trio of Malakai Black, Buddy Matthews and Brody King, teasing a potential confrontation and threatening them with physicality. To emphasize their contributions to the show, the former IWGP US Champion referred to Collision as the "house that The Bang Bang Gang built."

Robinson's phrase echoes the catchphrase famously used by WWE star AJ Styles in his reference to SmackDown and his work on the blue brand from 2016 onwards. The Phenomenal One is also a former member of Bullet Club, like Robinson, who potentially may have been alluding to Styles in his promo.

AJ Styles is set to face Cody Rhodes at Clash at the Castle Premium Live Event in an "I Quit" match for the Undisputed WWE Championship.

It remains to be seen whether The Bang Bang Gang crosses paths with The House of Black on AEW Collision this Saturday.
