The Jon Moxley-led faction member, Claudio Castagnoli, posted an interesting message on social media. The group has been going strong under the command of the former Lunatic Fringe.

The Swiss Superman, PAC, and Wheeler Yuta were slated to defend their AEW World Trios Championship on Collision: Grand Slam against Komander and the Private Party. However, Yuta seemingly doesn't have his mind in the right place, ever since his stablemates attacked Bryan Danielson at All Out pay-per-view. Despite his uncertainty, he was forced to team up with the rest to defend the title.

During the match, while Claudio Castagnoli and PAC were trying hard to keep their opponents down, Wheeler seemed reluctant to participate in the contest. However, in the ending moments of the bout, he viciously picked up the victory for his team by holding the opponent in the Cattle Mutilation hold. Despite winning, the conflicted star didn't let go of the hold and was later in shock, upon realizing his own actions.

Following the contest, members of Jon Moxley's faction were seen as extremely proud of Wheeler Yuta and tried to raise his hand, but the latter refused. Claudio Castagnoli took to X (fka Twitter) and sent an interesting six-word message to the former ROH Pure Champion.

"I knew he could do it," he wrote. [Translated from Italian]

Jon Moxley picked up a huge victory at Grand Slam

The former AEW World Champion, Moxley, was scheduled to face Darby Allin at Dynamite: Grand Slam with the number one contender spot on the line. While the World Trios' Champions Wheeler, Claudio, and PAC defended the titles, Moxley went one step closer to recapturing the world championship.

In the main event of the night, Jon Moxley absolutely wreaked havoc on Allin. The former hit his opponent with almost every move of his arsenal while Darby rarely had the upper hand in the contest. After a brutal contest, the former Lunatic Fringe picked up the victory over the 31-year-old.

Moments later, it was announced that Moxley would face Bryan Danielson at WrestleDream Pay-Per-View for the AEW World Championship.
