A few days ago, AEW held the WrestleDream 2024 pay-per-view in Tacoma, Washington. The show was almost flawless and ended on a shocking note with the Blackpool Combact Club laying waste to Bryan Danielson. Furthermore, Jon Moxley became the new AEW World Champion.

After a pay-per-view so successful, Dynamite was expected to do well. However, it was recently revealed that they got beaten by NXT in the war of ratings, once again. This has been happening for the past few weeks. Wrestlenomics' official X handle shared this information and the replies under it showcased chaos. Fans were bashing the company and ridiculed them because they couldn't get better ratings than WWE, even when NXT did not feature names from the main roster.

According to Wrestlenomics, the Dynamite episode from this week received 633,000 viewers. Meanwhile, NXT was viewed by 639,000 viewers.
